FeedUs offer 7 days free trial for its SaaS service. Once the free trial service is expired, the customer may choose a plan to continue using the service. FeedUs charges and collects in advance the selected plan of the SaaS service. All services rendered are non-refundable. Once a customer selects a subscription plan and provides billing information, FeedUs will charge the amount due on signing.
All subscriptions monthly or yearly renew automatically on their due renewal date according to date of purchase until officially cancelled. Customers may cancel their subscription anytime by logging-in the application and navigating to à my account page à subscription tab and selecting ‘Cancel Account’ or by emailing a notice to: firstname.lastname@example.org
In both cases, the customers will receive an email to get their consent before proceeding with their cancellation. Once they confirm their cancellation request, FeedUs will send an email informing the customers that their subscription to the SaaS service has been cancelled.
Important: No refunds or credits for partial months or years of service will be refunded to a customer upon cancellation.
Customers have the ability to upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan for the SaaS services at any time. For any kind of upgrade or downgrade in subscription, customer may do so anytime by logging-in the application and navigating to à my account page à subscription tab and selecting their new plan or by emailing a notice to: email@example.com
In case of upgrading a subscription plan, the chosen method of billing will automatically be charged the difference between existing plan and new upgraded plan subscription rate. With regards to downgrades on a subscription, FeedUs does not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service; however, it will update the downgraded plan subscription rate on the next billing cycle.
FeedUs reserves the right to refuse/cancel a subscription to any of the SaaS services bought from FeedUS. If FeedUs refuses a new or renewing subscription/membership, registrants will be offered a refund on pro-rata basis of pending days in subscription plan bought.
These above policies apply to all the SaaS services listed on FeedUs Sites unless otherwise noted in the corresponding materials.
